1 cup plain lowfat yogurt
1 teaspoon honey
1 1/2 tablespoon granola
2 medium strawberries
1/8 cup blueberries

  1. Place honey at bottom of cup

  2. Add first 1/2 yogurt

  3. Add berries or fruit

  4. Add second 1/2 yogurt

  5. Add berries or fruit
