0.25 cup Raspberries
4 medium strawberries Strawberries
0.25 cup Blueberries
0.25 oz (24 whole kernels) Almonds
8.5 grams Sunflower Seeds

Recipe Directions for Yogurt, Nuts and Berries

  1. Place yogurt in the base of the dish.

  2. Pour nuts over yogurt.

  3. Place washed/cut berries atop the pile.
