Delicious cheese muffins that can be made without cheese for a plain muffin to replace bread.

Recipe Ingredients for Yogurt Muffins

2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
3/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
4 tbsp butter
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Yogurt Muffins

Sift together dry ingredients. Add cheese to dry ingredients. Melt butter. Combine beaten egg, butter, and yogurt. Add to dry ingredients until combined. Divide into well greased muffin tin. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
