Recipe Ingredients for Yogurt marinated fish

100 ml yogurt
1 tbsp coriander
1/2 tbsp Ground cardamom
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp Salt
3 tbsp lemon juice
200 g halibut
2 tbsp dill

Recipe Directions for Yogurt marinated fish

  1. Combine all of the ingredients and marinate the fish fillets for 3 to 6 hours.

  2. Preheat the grill or make a charcoal fire. Wipe off excess marinade, brush the fish lightly with oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  3. Grill for about 4 minutes per side.

  4. Garnish with chopped dill and serve with a lemon wedge.

  5. You may also cook the fish on a lightly oiled baking sheet in a 200 degree oven for about 12 minutes, or until done.
