A great dessert, or good on toast or granola. The natural sweetness of fresh mangoes means no extra sugar has to be added, and straining the yogurt, though time-consuming, cuts out a lot of the bitterness, giving the yogurt a much smoother flavor. Just remember to readjust grams per serving depending on how much liquid you remove.

Recipe Ingredients for Yogurt and Mango

800 g Fat Free Plain Yogurt
150 g Fresh Frozen Mango Chunks

Recipe Directions for Yogurt and Mango

  1. Strain the yogurt for up to 2 hours or until desired thickness has been reached.

  2. Add the mango chunks and refrigerate until ready to serve.
