Recipe Ingredients for Yogurt, lowfat plain

1100 g Low Fat Milk
41 g Non-Fat Dry Milk
1 serving Homemade Yogurt

Recipe Directions for Yogurt, lowfat plain

  1. Heat milk to 170-180. Add dry milk powder. Cool to 110 and stir in yogurt.

  2. Keep at at 90 for 7 hours.

  3. Strain in frig until 2 c liquid drains out.
