It is another healthy choice for all occasions. Can be consumed as cool or warm. You may pour a tsp melted butter (or olive oil or sesame oil) over the cup before serving.

Recipe Ingredients for Yogurt -Legume Soup from Olga's Healthy Choice

1 cup rice
1 cup butter beans
1 cup chickpea
2 cups low fat yogurt
1 cup skim milk
1 egg
1 tbs whole grain flour
1 pinch salt
1 pinch chili pepper
1 tsp herbs mixture

Recipe Directions for Yogurt -Legume Soup from Olga's Healthy Choice

  1. Soak butter beans and chickpeas in advance at least 8 Hrs. Boil beans, chickpeas and rice, drain and let it cool.

  2. In a pan, mix milk, egg, flour and let it boil while stirring continuously.

  3. In a large bowl mixed legumes and yogurt properly. Add salt, pepper and herbs. Add cooled milk mixture stirring slowly.

  4. Bon appetit!
