Recipe Ingredients for Yogurt Hummus

16 oz chickpeas
1 1/2 T lemon juice
6 oz plain nonfat yogurt
2 clove garlic, minced
1/4 t salt

Recipe Directions for Yogurt Hummus

  1. Drain and rinse the beans.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a blender.

  3. Taste and adjust seasonings. . . pepper, ground red pepper, paprika.
