This is a very versatile dressing. Change out the parsley for dill, basil, tarragon, chives ..., add a little garlic, use lime juice or orange juice in place of the lemon juice. I could go on and on, but you get the idea.

Recipe Ingredients for Yogurt Dressing

1 cup low-fat yogurt
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon mustard
1 tablespoon diced parsley

Stir all ingredients together. That's it. You're done.
