170 grams Plain Nonfat Yogurt
1 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber
10 grams Garlic-Garlic Sauce
10 grams Mint

Recipe Directions for Yogurt & Cucumbers

  1. chop cucumber with peel into dices

  2. 1 tsp of garlic into 1 can of yogurt and mix in a bowl until liquidy

  3. sprinkle 2 tsp of chopped mint

  4. mix and serve cold
