Recipe Ingredients for Yogurt Coleslaw

1/2 head cabbage
1/2 head red cabbage
1/2 cup yellow onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 cup carrot, chopped
2 teaspoons sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
16 oz Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt
1/4 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon caraway seed
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon Slap Ya Mama Cajun Seasoning
4 teaspoons sugar

Recipe Directions for Yogurt Coleslaw

  1. Cut cabbage into bite size pieces

  2. Chop all other fresh ingredients

  3. Mix all ingredients in large bowl

  4. chill for one hour
