100 gram lamb
60 gram yogurt
170 ml coconut milk
1 potato
1 tomato
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp powdered turmeric
1 tsp cumin powder
2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp salt
10 gram cumin seeds
10 gram garlic
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for yogurt coconut lamb curry

  1. wash the lamb

  2. beat the yogurt

  3. mix the masalas/spices with yogurt

  4. heat the oil

  5. add the cumin seeds, red pepper, green pepper

  6. when colour changes add the yogurt and lamb

  7. cut the tomato

  8. cut the potato

  9. add water

  10. pressure cook till done
