Recipe Ingredients for Yogurt Chicken Curry

2 cup chicken breast, meat only (2 breasts)
1/2 cup vegetable broth, fat free
125 grams fat free yogurt (1/2 cup)
1/2 tsp curry powder

Recipe Directions for Yogurt Chicken Curry

  1. Simmer chicken in broth on low for about 15 minutes, until no longer pink inside.

  2. When broth is almost reduced, season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Combine yogurt and curry and stir into chicken/broth until chicken is coated.

  4. Simmer another 5 minutes to heat through.
