Recipe Ingredients for Yogurt Cheese

2 cup Organics Plain Yogurt

Recipe Directions for Yogurt Cheese

  1. Spoon yogurt into a cheescloth lined sieve - place over large bowl. Wrap cheesecloth around yogurt. Place in refrigerator for 24 hours - empty whey every so often. Once all whey is strained out, the "cheese" can be used in place of cream cheese

  2. A serving is 1 oz or 2 tablespoons
