Recipe Ingredients for Yogurt Cake

224 grams 100% Egg Whites
4 Teaspoon Baking Powder
5 tsp SPLENDA Brown Sugar Blend
0.5 cup Bran
8 tsp Lemon Peel

Recipe Directions for Yogurt Cake

Mix flour, baking powder, bran, and grated lemon peel (add vanilla if desired). Beat egg whites with sugar until stiff peaks form (some cream of tartar, salt, and lemon drops might help). Fold yogurt into dry ingredients. Fold in egg whites. Pour into a greased 9-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees (pre-heated) for 30-40 minutes.
