make 11 medium sized delicious low fat muffins

Recipe Ingredients for yogurt & blueberries muffins

1 cup Organic Whole Wheat Flour
2 Packet Instant Maple
8 oz Yogurt
4 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 oz Baking Powder
1 large Egg, White
0.25 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
1 cup Blueberries
3.5 oz Fruit Compote
1 dash Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for yogurt & blueberries muffins

  1. mix dry ingredients together (but not the sugar)

  2. Mix wet ingredients in another bowl wt the sugar (note that sugar is optionnal, depending on your taste and on wich berries you're using)

  3. add blueberries to wet ing.

  4. add wet in dry and stir wt spatula

  5. oven 350-375 20-25 min (test it with a fork)
