Recipe Ingredients for yogurt berry muffins

1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
2 tablespoons flax seed
1 cup fat free plain yogurt
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup berries

Recipe Directions for yogurt berry muffins

  1. preheat oven to 375

  2. mix flour, sugar & baking soda

  3. mix flax with 5 tablespoons water

  4. add yogurt, applesauce & vanilla

  5. add berries to flour mix

  6. add yogurt to berries & flour

  7. bake 20-25 mins
