Vanilla yogurt with frozen mixed berries and walnuts.

Recipe Ingredients for Yogurt, Berries and Walnuts

8 oz. vanilla yogurt
4 oz. mixed berries
1 oz. chopped walnuts

Recipe Directions for Yogurt, Berries and Walnuts

  1. Measure ingredients into a container. Leave in refrigerator overnight so berries thaw and juice melts into yogurt. I like vanilla yogurt with mixed berries, but any flavor or type of fruit will do. Also works with sunflower seeds (or any other kind of seeds) and can add flax seed for extra fiber.

  2. I eat a whole serving when I have it for lunch and cut recipe in half when I eat it for a snack
