I was making applesauce bars, but found out that my applesauce was spoiled, so I used yogurt instead.

Recipe Ingredients for Yogurt Bars

1 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup honey
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
8 oz fat free yogurt (vanilla)
1/2 cup canola oil

Recipe Directions for Yogurt Bars

  1. Preheat over to 350

  2. mix dry ingredients

  3. mix in the rest of the ingredients

  4. bake for 25 minutes in a 9X13 baking dish

  5. allow to cool
