Recipe Ingredients for yogart pudding, high protein

1 1/2 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
8 ounces Voskos Greek Yogurt (Plain, Non-Fat)
1 oz Instant Pudding and Pie Filling Vanilla
1 packet SPLENDA No Calorie

Recipe Directions for yogart pudding, high protein

Put all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix with a hand mixer for about 1 minute. Divide into 4 one cup containers. Cover and put in fridge. Serve with 2 T of FF whipped topping on top.
