YAY a Spaghetti that is healthy but filling!!!!!!!

Recipe Ingredients for Yo big Momma's Spaghetti

1 lb ground turkey
1 lb whole wheat spaghetti
6 cups Tomato Sauce
2 tsp Oregano
2 tsp Garlic Salt
2 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Olive oil
4 tsp Parmesan
1 Bell Pepper
1/2 cup of Mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Yo big Momma's Spaghetti

  1. First chop up veggies, the more you use the better and thicker the sauce.

  2. Boil water with garlic salt.

  3. Break noodles in half.

  4. Dump in noodles stir to break them up so they don't stick together.

  5. While those are cooking brown the Turkey and Cook Oregano into Meat.

  6. have the sauce begin to heat up. I prefer Ragu Reduced salt but for some reason this thing wouldn't recognize it.

  7. Dump meat into sauce along with pre-chopped veggies.

  8. drain noodles a bit al-dente is fine especially with Wheat noodles.

  9. stir in olive oil or Margarine and Parmesan to noodles.

  10. Serve by the cup and you're done
