Recipe Ingredients for Yellow Squash saute

2 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, Crookneck And Straightneck
8 grams Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic
3 tbsp Parsley
0.25 cup Bread Crumbs, Dry, Grated, Plain
0.13 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Yellow Squash saute

In a med. skillet heat oil over medium-hight heat, swirling to coat bottom. Cook garlic for 30 seconds. Stir in the sqaush (thinly sliced) and parsely. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until squash is tender-crisp, stirring occasionaly. Stir in bread crumbs and pepper. Increase heat to high and cook for one minute, stirring to coat.
