4 medium Yellow squash
1 teaspoon Olive oil
1 cup onion
1 Garlic clove
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Crushed red pepper
1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Yellow Squash with onion shredds & parmesan

  1. slice squash; slice onions

  2. heat oil in skillet over med heat; add garlic

  3. add onions; cook til transparent; add squash

  4. combine with seasonings

  5. sprinkle with Parmesan
