Yellow noodle + carrot + fish cake + minced chicken

Recipe Ingredients for Yellow noodle Soup

3 kg noodle
300 gram carrot, sliced
3 kg chinese cabbage
2 kg minced chicken
170 gram light soya sauce
25 gram black pepper
80 gram corn starch
40 gram lime juice
1 kg imitation crab meat
600 gram chicken stock
18 litre water
10 gram black pepper
10 gram salt
5 gram sesame oil
100 gram coriander

Recipe Directions for Yellow noodle Soup

Pour chicken stock and water into pot and bring to boil. Add noodle, carrot, paichye, minced chicken and fish cake into the boiling stock for 15 minutes. Following by adding black pepper, salt and sesame oil; stir well and taste. Top with coriander before serve.
