Recipe Ingredients for Yellow Mung Beans with Zucchini

1 tbs Garlic Paste
1 cup Mung Beans
200 g zucchini
10 g green pepper
2 tsp,+ground Cardamom
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 tbs lime juice
1 tbs olive oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
100 g onion
1 tbs ginger
1 tbs coriander
1/2 tbs cumin
1/4 tsp paprika
2 tbs fresh coriander
1/4 tsp Garam Masala
3 1/2 cups water

Recipe Directions for Yellow Mung Beans with Zucchini

  1. Place beans, zucchini, ginger garlic paste, green chilli pepper, cardamom pods, cinnamon, turmeric, salt and about 4 cups of water in a pot and cook until beans are soft.

  2. Heat the oil in a small pan, add cumin seeds.

  3. Add onion and sautee 2 min.

  4. Add minced ginger, coriander and cumin, stir.

  5. Remove from the heat, add paprika, pour over the beans and sprinkle with cilantro and garam masala.
