Delicious. Nutricious. Use sparingly as it is strong - 2 tbsp for a big salad. Shake up the dressing. Shake up the salad. Add more lemon juice to the salad if needed.

Recipe Ingredients for Yellow Goddess Salad Dressing

1.5 tbsp Miso
2 tbsp Organic Tahini Butter - No Salt (Raw)
0.5 1tsp Oil, Sesame
1 tsp Turmeric, Ground
0.75 cup Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
0.5 cup Vinegar, Cider
2 clove Garlic
1 tsp Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for Yellow Goddess Salad Dressing

  1. Chuck it in a jar with a lid and shake it up, until miso and tahini are completely broken down and liquefied. Keeps for approximately 3 weeks refrigerated. Continue to add lemon juice as the dressing thickens.

  2. Can be used as a marinade for grilled tofu
