A mild yellow curry dish that's great for left-over meat. You can substitute any meat for the beef.

Recipe Ingredients for Yellow curry

2 cups 1% milk
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp margarine
1/4 cup curry powder
6 oz cooked beef, cut in cubes
2 tbsp raisins

Recipe Directions for Yellow curry

Melt margaine in sauce pan, stir in flour to make a paste. Over medium/high heat slowly add milk and stir or whisk constantly until sauce thickens. Reduce heat to medium low and add curry powder (more or less to taste). Once blended, add beef and raisins until heated. Serve over rice.
