Recipe Ingredients for Yeastless Pizza/Biscuit Dough

3/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
3/4 cup All Purpose Flour
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 cup Water
1/2 tsp Salt

Recipe Directions for Yeastless Pizza/Biscuit Dough

  1. RECIPE INGREDIENTS

  2. 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  3. 1 tablespoon baking powder

  4. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  5. 1/2 cup water

  6. 2 tablespoons olive oil

  7. RECIPE METHOD

  8. Place 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a bowl. Make a well in the center and add 1/2 cup water and 2 tablespoons olive oil.

  9. Combine by gradually incorporating the flour into the olive oil and water, adding a little extra water if necessary. (Alternatively, combine the mixture in a food processor.)

  10. Transfer the dough to a floured board and knead until smooth and elastic, 5-7 minutes.

  11. Pizza Dough:

  12. Let sit in a bowl, covered with a damp rag, for anywhere from 1/2 hour to two. Then roll out into desired pizza shape and bake.

  13. Biscuit:

  14. Let sit in a bowl, covered with a damp rag, for about 15 minutes, if at all. Then form into 8 segments, make into desired shape (separated 1 inch from each other, or in muffin tins) and bake.
