A simple Yankee chili with no beans. Cheap and good for LCHF.

Recipe Ingredients for Yankee Chili (no beans) 8.2 net carbs

12 oz (1 lb raw weight) ground beef
80 g onion
1 tbsp olive oil
170 g tomato paste
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp frank's red hot sauce

Recipe Directions for Yankee Chili (no beans) 8.2 net carbs

  1. Cook onions in olive oil until translucent on medium heat.

  2. Add meat and spices, cook until brown.

  3. Add tomato paste, Frank's, and enough water to make it the consistency you enjoy. Simmer at least 30 minutes on low heat.

  4. Serving suggestion: Add shredded cheese or sour cream before serving.
