Boild vegetables in chicken stock.

Recipe Ingredients for Yammys and Toes

1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 tbsp chopped Onions
1 cup, cubes Yam
1 serving Food You Feel Good About Culinary Stock

Recipe Directions for Yammys and Toes

In a 1qt sauce pan heat 2 cups of stock to a boil. Slice yams into coins 1/2 inch thick, fat chips. Peel and slice the onion into quarters separate. Add yams and onion to stock and bring to a boil 10-15 minutes testing yams with a fork. Once the fork slides in and out with little effort they are done. Slice tomatoe in large coins place 3 on a large plate overlaping each slightly in the center of the plate. Separate the Yams and onion from the stock but, keep stock. Place hot yams and onion over tomatoes. Pour 1oz of stock over everything. This will heat the tomatoes. To add salt use Bragg's Amino Acid 1/4 tsp. Serve hot. Use the remaining stock for other veggies as a base or to cook risotto.
