Recipe Ingredients for Yammy Butternut Squash

6 cups butternut squash
2 cups yams
1 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons safflower oil
3 teaspoons italian seasoning
1 teaspoon nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Yammy Butternut Squash

  1. cube squash and yams

  2. mix together in a large bowl with seasonings

  3. place on a cookie sheet

  4. cover bake in oven @ 425 for 30 minutes

  5. remove from oven, uncover, stir gently and return to oven for 5 minutes
