Recipe Ingredients for Yam Raisin Muffins

2 c all-purpose flour
1/2 c sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
1 c cooked yam
1/4 c unsweetened apple sauce
1/2 c raisins
3/4 c milk

Recipe Directions for Yam Raisin Muffins

  1. Mix dry ingredients.

  2. Mix wet ingredients (including cooked MASHED yam).

  3. Mix dry and wet ingredients together.

  4. Spoon into 12 muffin papers/tin.

  5. Bake at 400 F for 20-25 minutes.
