Recipe Ingredients for yam cranberry almond muffins

2 cup Sweetpotato
8 oz Natural Pure Raw Honey
2 cup Almond Meal/Flour
1 cup Whey Protein Concentrate
8 tbsp Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
16 tbsp Coconut Flour
0.75 cup Craisins, Sweetened Dried Cranberries

Recipe Directions for yam cranberry almond muffins

blend together mashed sweet potato oil and honey. blend together dry ingrediants add 2 t baking soda, 1T cinnamon, 1 t ginger 1t nutmeg and a pinch of cloves. 1/4 t salt. mix with wet. add craisins and nuts if you want. bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes
