A classic Japanese street-food dish.

Recipe Ingredients for Yakisoba

2 serving Regular Soy Sauce
1 serving Pure Sesame Seed Oil
2 Serving Cabbage
1 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
1 Serving Chicken
2 clove Garlic
4 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 serving Mirin
200 grams Noodles, Japanese, Soba, Dry

Recipe Directions for Yakisoba

Cook the soba noodles until al-dente. Drain then rinse with cold water. Set aside. Heat some sesame seed oil in a pan. Add the chilli and garlic (or substitute the garlic for chopped ginger if you prefer) and cook for 30 seconds. Add the chopped Japanese cabbage and thinly sliced carrot. Cook for a further 3 minutes until the vegetables soften. Meanwhile, mix 1 tbsp of soy sauce and 1 tbsp of mirin in a bowl and add 1 tbsp of water. Add the cooked soba noodles to the pan and mix well with the other ingredients. Add the sauce and heat through. Serve and enjoy!
