Yakisoba with BBQ pork, cabbage, onions, and carrots

Recipe Ingredients for Yakisoba Noodles

7 oz. Onion
6 oz. baby carrots
8 1/2 oz. cabbage
200 grams Pork
2 tablespoons soy sauce
5 teaspoons brown sugar
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoons sesame oil
16 oz. egg noodles

Recipe Directions for Yakisoba Noodles

  1. Stir fry all vegetables and meat with 1/2 oil in wok over medium/high heat

  2. Remove vegtables and meat from wok over medium/high heat

  3. Fry noodles in remaining oil until crisp over medium/high heat

  4. Add vegetables and meat and stir fry over medium/high heat
