Recipe Ingredients for Yaki-yasai, (mostly cabbage) w brown rice

0.5 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) Cabbage
1 oz Peppers
0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
250 grams Bean Sprouts
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
2 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 tbsp Asian Sauce
4 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked

Recipe Directions for Yaki-yasai, (mostly cabbage) w brown rice

  1. Cook rice.

  2. Slice vegetables very thinly.

  3. Stir fry in oil until tender in this order - onion, mushrooms, capsicum, sprouts, cabbage.

  4. Add sauce and stir through.

  5. Serve vegetable atop rice.
