A sugar free cheesecake that is so good you won't even know it's not bad for you!

Recipe Ingredients for Xylitol Cheesecake

3/4 cup graham flour
2 tablespoons Xylitol
32 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup Xylitol
1/2 tsp vanilla
4 small eggs
1/2 cup butter

Recipe Directions for Xylitol Cheesecake

  1. Heat oven to 325

  2. For crust: Mix Graham flour, melted butter and 2 TB Xylitol together until a nice crust forms, play with the butter amount, you may need less or a little more depending on how you like it.

  3. Mix cream cheese, 1/2 cup Xylitol and vanilla together very well.

  4. fold in eggs gently one at a time. DO NOT BEAT.

  5. pour over crust and bake for 55 minutes.

  6. Enjoy!
