Recipe Ingredients for Xraybeotchs Roast Pork Tenderloin

30 ounces pork tenderloin
4 cups yams (sweet potatoes, cubed)
5 tablespoons splenda brown sugar blend
1/2 teaspoons ginger (ground)
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for Xraybeotchs Roast Pork Tenderloin

  1. Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray

  2. Place pork tenderloins in pan

  3. In large bowl combine splenda ginger and orange juice. Add potatos and rainins and toss to coat.

  4. Arrange potatos around pork in pan.

  5. Cook at 350 for about 2 hours or until roast is done.

  6. You could lightly season with salt and pepper in you prefer.

  7. Serve with some green beans or peas for a complete meal.
