Recipe Ingredients for Xraybeotchs Pasta Primavera

24 ounces chicken breast fillets (boneless skinless)
1 bell pepper (diced red and yellow)
1/2 cup red onion (diced)
2 cups peas (canned early peas)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
15 ounces ricotta cheese
12 ounces whole wheat penne pasta

Recipe Directions for Xraybeotchs Pasta Primavera

  1. Grill chicken breast, season with pepper.

  2. Dice all veggies very small, if you like switch up the veggies as you choose.

  3. Boil pasta as directed. Once done rinse and put back in pan stir in ricotta cheese. Then add all veggies. Sprinkle with parmasan cheese.

  4. This makes enough for 3 adults and two kids plus two leftover lunches.
