Recipe Ingredients for Xoi Vo

1500 grams Rice, White, Glutinous, Cooked
500 grams Mung Beans, Mature Seeds
10 serving Neptune
3 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Xoi Vo

  1. Wash mung beans; let it sit in water for a while and wash out the skin, add salt.

  2. Steam mung beans tilled well cooked; use a spoon to puree the beans to powder

  3. Wash sticky rice very carefully; soak overnight

  4. Wash the rice again; then mix it with mashed mung beans

  5. Steam the mixture until well cooked

  6. Served hot
