Substitute half-and-half and milk with buttermilk

Recipe Ingredients for WW Waffles

1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
3 eggs, separated
1 tbsp sugar
20 tbsp half and half
1/2 cup 1% milk
1 tbsp butter, melted

Recipe Directions for WW Waffles

  1. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt.

  2. Beat together yolks and sugar.

  3. Combine yolk mixture with melted butter and milk/cream.

  4. Beat egg white to stiff peaks.

  5. Combine yolk mixture with flour mixture. Fold in egg whites.
