Recipe Ingredients for WW Vegetable soup

6 small zucchini
4 carrots
2 onions
1 tbsp coconut oil
3 chicken bouillon cubes
4 garlic cloves
28 oz can diced tomatoes

Recipe Directions for WW Vegetable soup

Chop onions and garlic. Brown slowly in oil. Add carrots, zucchini, tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer slowly 2 hours.
