Recipe Ingredients for WW - Vegetable soup

2 clove Garlic
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 medium Carrots
1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
2 small Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
7 sprout Brussels Sprouts
2 cup Cauliflower
2 cup, chopped Broccoli
2 tsp Thyme, Fresh
6 cup Organics Vegetable Broth
2 tbsp Parsley
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for WW - Vegetable soup

Put garlic, vegetable, thyme and broth into a large soup pot. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat; reduce heat to low and simmer until veggies are cooked. Add parsley and season to taste with pepper or salt.
