Easy & a great cold weather dish! Can be served with low-fat cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, or some broken Taco shells on top.

Recipe Ingredients for WW Taco Soup

1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 oz. hidden valley ranch dressing mix
1 oz taco seasoning Mix
16 oz. pinto beans
16 oz chili beans
16 oz whole kernel corn
8 oz Mexican-style tomatoes
8 oz can diced tomatoes (any flavor)

Recipe Directions for WW Taco Soup

  1. Brown meat & onions and drain.

  2. Mix Ranch & Taco seasonings into meat.

  3. Add rest of ingredients, undrained to mixture.

  4. Simmer 1 hour.

  5. 2 Weight Watchers points per cup.
