Recipe Ingredients for WW Spaghetti Sauce

1 small onion
1 medium carrot
6 oz canned mushrooms
3 tsp. garlic salt
1 pound extra lean ground beef
15 oz tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp dried basil

Recipe Directions for WW Spaghetti Sauce

Brown ground beef. Add all ingredients & simmer for 15-20 minutes. Serve over whole-wheat spaghetti.
