Recipe Ingredients for WW Spaghetti with Cauliflower Sauce

1 lb whole wheat spaghetti, cooked
1 medium red onion
4 cloves garlic, sliced
8 ounces romano cheese, grated
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 head cauliflower, chopped
1 cup low sodium chicken broth

Recipe Directions for WW Spaghetti with Cauliflower Sauce

  1. cook pasta

  2. meanwhile saute garlic in olive oil for 3 minutes (do not burn).

  3. add chopped onion and chopped cauliflower and broth into pan. Cook 10 to 15 minutes longer, covered and stirring occasionally.

  4. After sauce is cooked down, add 1 cup reserved water from pasta and mash until thickened.

  5. toss sauce with pasta and cheese.

  6. Enjoy!
