Recipe Ingredients for WW Slow-Cooked Southwest Chicken

15 oz Beans Black
14 oz Broth Chicken Reduced Sodium
14 oz diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 pound boneless chicken breast
8 oz chunky salsa
1 cup frozen corn
1 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for WW Slow-Cooked Southwest Chicken

  1. combine beans, broth, tomatoes, chicken, salsa, corn & seasoning & place in crockpot / pressure cooker

  2. cover & for crock pot cook on low 6-8 hours. For pressure cooker cook at HIGH 10 minutes followed by QUICK pressure release.

  3. It is done when chicken shreds easily with a fork.

  4. shred chicken & return to pot, heat through

  5. divide into 6 servings. Serve each over 1/2 cup cooked rice. (rice not included in points calcuation)
