2 cups pure pumpkin
12 oz. evaporated skim milk
3 egg whites
2/3 cup Splenda
3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Recipe Directions for WW Pumpkin Pie

  1. Measure all ingredients into a bowl and mix until smooth.

  2. Pour into pie plate and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, then decrease temperature to 325 and bake for 45 minutes.
