Low fat and low sugar muffin for breakfast or cup cake for dessert

Recipe Ingredients for WW Pumpkin Muffin

7 1/2 ounces pumpkin
2 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup splenda
1 1/4 tablespoon Milk Powder (Non-Fat Dry)
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for WW Pumpkin Muffin

  1. Mix all ingredients and set a pan of 12 small muffins or regular cupcakes.

  2. Optional: Brush the top with orange jam sugar free, no additional points to the muffin/cup cake.
