Recipe Ingredients for WW Pineapple Coleslaw

1/4 head cabbage, sliced
3 cups fresh pineapple, cored and diced
2 tablespoons fat free mayonnaise
2 tablespoons fat free sour cream
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup cashews
6 packets sweetener

Recipe Directions for WW Pineapple Coleslaw

  1. Slice cabbage thinly, place in medium bowl. Core and dice 1/2 medium fresh pineapple, and add any juice. Add 2 T. fat-free mayonnaise, 2 T. fat-free sour cream, 1/4 cup dark raisins and 1/4 cup roasted unsalted cashew pieces. Add 6 packets of Splenda.

  2. Mix thoroughly, and chill for serving. One serving = 1 cup.
